O. Leland Mahan
Leland Mahan is a principal in Hall, Monahan, Engle, Mahan & Mitchell in its Leesburg office, practicing in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, family law, business and commercial law, real estate and zoning, estate planning and administration, and eminent domain. A native of Chatham, Virginia, Mr. Mahan completed his undergraduate studies at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets, graduating from Virginia Tech with a B.S. degree in 1961. He attended Wake Forest School of Law from 1961-62 and received his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1964, being admitted to practice law in Virginia that same year.
Mr. Mahan was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Air Force in 1961. From 1964 to 1967 he served in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the United States Air Force, where he was assigned to the 78th Combat Support Group at Hamilton Air Force Base, California. Mr. Mahan rose to the rank of Captain and was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal in 1967 for meritorious service as a staff Judge Advocate.
Mr. Mahan is active in the community and has served as Chairman of the Redistricting Committee for Loudoun County and Chairman of the Blue Ridge District Boy Scouts of America. He is a member and Past President of the Leesburg Kiwanis Club and served for ten years on the Economic Development Committee for Loudoun County, including chairing the committee from 1985-86. He is Chairman of the American Legion Boys & Girls State Selection Committee and served as American Legion Commander in 1972. He also served on the Board of Directors for Springwood Psychiatric Institute.
Mr. Mahan served as a member of the Loudoun County Affordable Housing Foundation and as a charter member of the Loudoun Memorial Hospital Golf Classic Committee. He is a charter member of the Loudoun County Small Business Assistance Center and served as its president from 1987-2008. Mr. Mahan has served on Bank Advisory Boards for Virginia National Bank (1976-1984; Chairman, 1980-84), NationsBank (1984-1994), and George Mason Bank. He is presently a member of the Board of Directors for John Marshall Bank. In addition, Mr. Mahan served as President of the University of Richmond Law Alumni Board from 1988-1990.

Steven F. Jackson

Prior to practicing in Leesburg, Mr. Jackson practiced law in Fairfax County with a concentration in litigation and real estate. Mr. Jackson grew up in Loudoun County and enjoys providing pro bono and semi-pro bono legal services for Habitat for Humanity, Friends of Bluemont, and the Waterford Foundation.
