James A. Klenkar is a principal in Hall, Monahan, Engle, Mahan & Mitchell in its Winchester office, focusing his practice in the areas of personal injury, products liability, labor and employment law, insurance defense, federal civil litigation, divorce, family law, and criminal defense.
Mr. Klenkar received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in philosophy from Harvard College, and his law degree from Harvard Law School. A native of Ohio, Mr. Klenkar practiced throughout the United States for an international law firm in the areas of product liability, personal injury, discrimination, and criminal defense, before relocating to Virginia in 1995. He joined Hall, Monahan, Engle, Mahan & Mitchell that same year.
